Agreement
By creating an account or using BreathEasy Connect, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BreathEasy Connect provides business phone numbers, call routing, an AI receptionist, voicemail, messaging, and fax. Features vary by plan, and we may add or change features as the platform develops.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business and emergency address information, for how your team uses the numbers assigned to you, and for the content of the calls and messages you send. You agree to follow all telecommunications rules that apply to you, including 10DLC registration for business texting and consent requirements under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Emergency calling
Emergency calling depends on the address you register for each number and on your internet connection. Keep your registered address current. Do not rely on this service as your only means of reaching emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive activity, for unsolicited bulk messaging, or in a way that harms the network or another customer.
Fees and billing
Recurring fees are billed in advance, and usage charges are billed in arrears. All prices are in United States dollars. You authorize us to charge your payment method for amounts due. Payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant provider; we never store full card numbers. Cancel at any time and service continues through the end of the current billing period. Charges already incurred are not refundable unless the law requires it.
Number portability
You may port numbers you own away from the platform at any time, provided your account is in good standing.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but no communications service is perfect. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
